I Achieve My Goals.

I achieve my goals.

I remember my purpose. Having a clear picture of what I want to achieve drives me forward.

When I set a goal, I crush it. I bring my dreams to life by acting on my intentions.

My priorities are extremely clear. I would rather succeed at one goal than become overwhelmed by tackling too many projects at one time.

I track my progress. I ask others for feedback. I set interim milestones that help to keep me on track.

I build my confidence. I review my past victories. Each accomplishment creates positive momentum. I know that I am strong and resilient.

I tell others about my plans. I feel more accountable when I make my goals public. I am more likely to stick to my diet if others know I am trying to lose weight.

I reach out for support. I let my family and friends know how they can help me. I accomplish more when I collaborate with others. We reinforce each other’s efforts and celebrate our victories.

I remain patient and persistent. I set realistic timelines that help me to avoid stress and enhance my credibility. I identify likely barriers and develop strategies for overcoming them. I focus on sustainable outcomes rather than quick results.

I commit myself to achieve my goals. I create habits that bring me closer to what I want out of life.

I am fit and active. I feel alive and great weighing 208

I attract wealth. Wealth comes easily and effortlessly to me earning over one million dollars per year, or more.

I’m a blackbelt. I have a blackbelt mind, blackbelt ability, and a black belt attitude.

I am worth more. I am highly qualified and successful.

I have an amazing relationship with my wife: I married up!

I am an amazing father who cares about my family.

My family wins because we are a family of winners.

I got this! People count on me to succeed.

I am physically and emotionally connected to an abundant source of healing. It's always available to me.

I am a priority in my life. My health and healing matter. I’m worthy of a life that feels good to live.

I am deciding to be well. There's no other option.

I am blessed, grateful, and highly favored to win.

Self-Reflection Questions:
  • Why is it important to write down my goals every day?
  • How do I deal with naysayers who discourage me from pursuing my dreams?
  • How do goals help me to learn and grow?

How to Eliminate Entitlement

A “How To Plan” For Parents of Spoiled Real Estate Children:  When I was younger, my neighbor had a crazy dog. Every day this dog would wait by the side of the road for vehicles to drive by. When a vehicle drove by, this crazy mutt would run down the road, barking and chasing everyone’s vehicle that drove by.  On one rainy day, I asked my neighbor “Do you think the dog is ever going to chase down one of  those vehicles?” My neighbor replied, “That’s not what worries me. What worries me is what he would do if he ever caught one.” Many people in life behave like that dog who is pursuing meaningless goals. Meaningless goals are goals that are not backed by values. Before you start defining your family goals you first need to define your values.  Goals not backed by values are meaningless and might as well be considered criminal activity.  If you want to define the life goals you first need to define your values. The framework for setting goals back by values can be defined in the value go

3 Ways You Might Be Raising Entitled Children When You Work in Real Estate

And What to Do About it.    A family was having a good time on the lake. It was a beautiful summer day.  The warm sun from the sunny summer sky beat down on my exposed arms covered in sunscreen.  “Summer is not my favorite season, but at moments like this take the trophy,” expressed Mr. Relaxed.  Resting on his boat he observed the kinetic chaos of boats that had turned the summer’s peacefulness into a commercial expression of fun!   The cloudless day was perfect to enjoy with the family. The light blue sky seemed to smile at the brilliant blue-green waves.  “It feels so picture-perfect,” said the little one.  After an exhilarating boat ride, the family parked the boat in a cove and enjoyed swimming, and eating their lunch.  A father, mother, and daughter sat down to enjoy lunch, their sweet little girl was holding two pieces of cantaloupe in her hands. The mother leaned over and asked with a smile, “Beautiful little girl, could you give your mommy one of your pieces of cantaloupe?” Th
